Eagle Nest Village is a city located in the Colfax County, New Mexico, United States. The city has a population of 306 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 299, It is the 49th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New Mexico. The city spans an area of 5.19 square miles (13.44 sq km), of which, 4.31 square miles (11.16 sq km) of it is land and 0.88 square miles (2.28 sq km) of it is water, it is the 102nd largest by area in the U.S. state of New Mexico. It is ranks second in the size of its inland waterways in New Mexico.

The population density was 71 people per square mile (27.41/kmē), it is the 36th least densely populated city in the U.S. state of New Mexico.
