Dushore Borough is a borough in the Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to over 663 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 575, making it the 382nd least populous in Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 0.89 square miles (2.31 square kilometre), of which, 0.88 square miles (2.28 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 790th largest by total area.
