Dunkirk Cdp, Calvert County, Maryland is a census designated place located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Dunkirk Cdp had an official population of 2363 in 2000. making it the second least populous in Maryland. It covers total area of 7.28 sq mi (18.86 square kilometre), of which, 6.78 square miles (17.56 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.29 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 13th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Maryland.
