Duncan Town is a one of the Bolivar County, Mississippi, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 578. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 552, It is the 105th least populous in the U.S. state of Mississippi. It covers total area of 0.93 mi˛ (2.41 square kilometre), making it Mississippi's 57th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 578 people, 177 households, and 125 families living in the town. The population density was 620.7 people per square mile (239.65/km˛), giving it the 146th most densely populated town among the Mississippi. There were 186 housing units at an average density of 200 per square mile (77.22/km˛). The average household size was 2.95 and the average family size was 3.47.
