Dunbar City, Kanawha County, West Virginia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 8154 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 7664, It is the 18th most populous in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It covers total area of 2.84 square miles (7.36 kmē), it is the 73rd largest in terms of geographical size.
