Drew County, Arkansas is a county of the United States of Arkansas. In 2000, the population was 18723. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 18670, It is the 40th most populous county in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It has total area of 835.65 mi˛ (2164.32 sq km), of which, 828.18 square miles (2144.98 sq km) of it is land and 7.47 square miles (19.35 sq km) of it is water, it is the 14th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.

The population density was 22.6 people per square mile (8.73/km˛), it would be the 23rd least densely populated county in the U.S. state of Arkansas. In the county the population was spread out, with 25.8% under the age of 18, 12.6% from 18 to 24, 27.2% from 25 to 44, 21.5% from 45 to 64, and 12.8% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 106.2 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 109.3 females. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 18670, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 13102 White, 5251 Black or African American, 48 American Indian, 84 Asian, 3 Native Hawaiian, and 182 from two or more races.
