Drain City is a United States city located in the Douglas County, Oregon, United States. The city has a population of 1021 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1038, It is the 188th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 0.54 mi˛ (1.4 square kilometre), makes it the 57th smallest by total area in Oregon.
