Doylestown Village is one of the city of Columbia County, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 328 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 340, giving it the 74th smallest population among Wisconsin. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.01 sq mi (10.39 square kilometre), of which, 3.93 square miles (10.18 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 164th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 328 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 83.4 people per square mile (32.2/kmē), it is Wisconsin's 16th least densely populated city. There were 123 housing units at an average density of 31.3 per square mile (12.08/kmē). The average household size was 2.71 and the average family size was 3.15. The population's age distribution was 31.1% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 36.3% from 25 to 44, 13.4% from 45 to 64, and 14% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 97.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.5 males.
