Downsville Village is a city located in Lincoln Parish and Union Parish counties, Louisiana, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 118 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 110, making it the fifth least populous in Louisiana. The city spans an area of 0.75 square miles (1.94 kmē), it is the 19th smallest in terms of geographical size.
