Dover City is a one of the Pope County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 1329 as per the 2000 census data. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.81 miē (4.69 kmē ), it is the 271st largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
