Douglas City, Wyoming is a city of the Converse County, Wyoming, United States. The population of the city was 5288 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 5971, It is 16th most populous in Wyoming. It has total area of 5.25 sq mi (13.6 sq km), of which, 5.11 square miles (13.23 sq km) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 62nd largest by total area in Wyoming.
