Dortches Town is one of the town of Nash County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the town was 809 as per the 2000 census data. The town has a total area of 7.7 miē (19.94 kmē), making it North Carolina's 108th largest by total area.
