Donegal Borough is a borough located in the Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 165. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 155, It is the 79th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 0.32 square miles (0.83 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 174th smallest by total area.
