Dillon City is a one of the Dillon County, South Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 6316 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 6353, It is the 72nd largest by population in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It covers total area of 4.83 miē (12.51 kmē), of which, 4.82 square miles (12.48 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 110th largest in terms of geographical size.
