Dillingham City is a city located in Dillingham Census Area, Alaska, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. It is home to over 2466 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 2465, It is Alaska's 32nd largest by population . It covers total area of 35.74 square miles (92.57 kmē), of which, 33.62 square miles (87.08 kmē) of it is land and 2.12 square miles (5.49 kmē) of it is water, it is the 149th largest in terms of geographical size.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 2466 people, 884 households, and 599 families residing in the city. The population density was 73.4 people per square mile (28.34/kmē), it is the 82nd most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Alaska.
