It is the 40th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 47.67 sq mi (123.46 square kilometre), of which, 47.63 square miles (123.36 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Alaska's 118th largest by total area.
