Dexter City is a city in the Mower County, Minnesota, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 333 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 314, making it Minnesota's 573rd largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.45 sq mi (3.76 square kilometre ), making it Minnesota's 389th largest by total area.
