Deuel County is a United States county located in the United States of Nebraska. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Deuel County is home to 2098 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1880, It is the 17th least populous county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. The county comprises an area of 440.79 sq mi (1141.64 kmē), of which, 439.89 square miles (1139.31 kmē) of it is land and 0.9 square miles (2.33 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 12th smallest by total area in Nebraska.
