Desert Hot Springs City is one of the city of Riverside County, California, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 16582 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 24489, It is the 336th most populous in the U.S. state of California. The city spans an area of 23.28 square miles (60.29 sq km), of which, 23.25 square miles (60.22 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, making it the 122nd largest by size in California.
