Derry Borough is a borough located in the Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 2991 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 2775, It is the 462nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is spread over 0.83 sq mi (2.15 square kilometre), of which, 0.81 square miles (2.1 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 831st largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
