Denver Borough is a United States borough located in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 3332. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3650, It is the 418th largest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 1.31 sq mi (3.39 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 593rd largest by total area.
