Denham City is a United States city located in the Pine County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 40. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 40, making it the 14th least populous in Minnesota. Its area is just over 1.32 mi˛ (3.42 square kilometre), it is the 416th largest in terms of geographical size.
