Delta City is a one of the Millard County, Utah, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. In 2000, the population was 3209. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3172, It is 94th most populous in Utah. It has total area of 3.15 square miles (8.16 square kilometre), it is the 176th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3209 people in the city, organized into 1006 households, and 781 families living in the city. The population density was 1018.3 people per square mile (393.17/kmē), making its Utah's 86th most densely populated city. There were 1106 housing units at an average density of 351.1 per square mile (135.56/kmē). The average household size was 3.15 persons, and the average family size was 3.71 persons. In the Delta City, 38.7% of the population was under the age of 18, 8.2% were 18 to 24, 24.3% were 25 to 44, 18.1% were 45 to 64, and 10.7% who were 65 or older.
