Delta Borough is a borough located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 741 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 719, making it the 418th least populous in Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.27 mi˛ (0.7 sq km), making it the 141st smallest by size in Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 741 residents, 285 households, and 194 families in the borough. The population density was 2783.3 people per square mile (1074.64/km˛), making its Pennsylvania's 441st most densely populated borough.
