Delta Borough is a borough located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 741 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 719, making it the 418th least populous in Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.27 mi˛ (0.7 sq km), making it the 141st smallest by size in Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 741 residents, 285 households, and 194 families in the borough. The population density was 2783.3 people per square mile (1074.64/km˛), making its Pennsylvania's 441st most densely populated borough. There were 324 housing units at an average density of 1200 per square mile (463.32/km˛). The average household size was 2.6 people, and the average family size was 3.12 people. Age range in the borough was well distributed with 29.4% under the age of 18, 8.1% from 18 to 24, 31.7% from 25 to 44, 19.8% from 45 to 64, and 10.9% who were 65 or older.
