Delano City is one of the city of Wright County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 3837. Its population was estimated at 5309 in July 2008, making it the 153rd most populous in Minnesota. The city encompasses an area of 2.57 sq mi (6.66 square kilometre), it is the 260th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
