Delafield City is one of the city of Waukesha County, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 6472 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 6787, It is the 109th largest in terms of population. The city spans an area of 11.1 miē (28.75 kmē), of which, 9.52 square miles (24.66 kmē) of it is land and 1.59 square miles (4.12 kmē) of it is water, it is the 58th largest in terms of geographical size.
