Deepwater City is a city in the Henry County, Missouri, United States. It is home to over 507 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 490, It is the 494th most populous in the U.S. state of Missouri. The city has a total area of 0.85 square miles (2.2 kmē), makes it the 453rd largest by total area in Missouri.
