Decatur County is a county located in the United States of Tennessee. The population of the county was 11731 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 11288, It is the 11th smallest county by population in the U.S. state of Tennessee. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 344.91 miē (893.31 kmē), of which, 333.9 square miles (864.8 kmē) of it is land and 11.01 square miles (28.52 kmē) of it is water, it is the 31st smallest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
