Deatsville Town is a United States town located in the Elmore County, Alabama, United States. The population of the town was 340 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 374, giving it the 96th smallest population among Alabama. The town extends throughout a territory of 4.67 mi˛ (12.1 square kilometre ), of which, 4.65 square miles (12.04 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 256th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.
