De Soto City is a one of the Sumter County, Georgia, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 214. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 204, It is the 62nd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Georgia. It is spread over 0.82 mi˛ (2.12 square kilometre), it is the 82nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
