Dallas County is a United States county located in the United States of Missouri. In 2000, the population was 15661. In July 2008, its estimated population was 16844, It is the 66th largest county by population in the U.S. state of Missouri. It has total area of 542.83 sq mi (1405.92 kmē), of which, 541.54 square miles (1402.58 kmē) of it is land and 1.29 square miles (3.34 kmē) of it is water, it is the 70th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.

The population density was 28.9 people per square mile (11.16/kmē), it would be the 63rd most densely populated county in the U.S. state of Missouri.
