Dacono City is a one of the Weld County, Colorado, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Dacono City is home to 3015 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 4052, making it the 117th most populous in Colorado. The city has a total area of 2.74 square miles (7.1 kmē), of which, 2.73 square miles (7.07 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 141st largest by area in the U.S. state of Colorado.
