Cumberland Hill Cdp is a census designated place located in the Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. Cumberland Hill Cdp had an official population of 7738 in 2000. It is the 18th most populous in the U.S. state of Rhode Island. The census designated place comprises an area of 3.44 mi˛ (8.91 square kilometre), of which, 3.29 square miles (8.52 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the sixth smallest by total area in Rhode Island.
