Cuba Town is a one of the Sumter County, Alabama, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 363. In July 2008, its estimated population was 320, making it the 103rd least populous in Alabama. It is spread over 4.07 square miles (10.54 square kilometre), of which, 4.06 square miles (10.52 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 272nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.

As of the census of 2000, there were 363 people in the town, organized into 162 households, and 113 families living in the town. The population density was 89.3 people per square mile (34.48/kmē), it would be the 39th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Alabama.
