Cressona Borough, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1635 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1554, It is 694th most populous in Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.02 square miles (2.64 sq km), making it Pennsylvania's 719th largest by total area.
