It is the 61st largest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is spread over 4.84 sq mi (12.54 square kilometre), of which, 4.82 square miles (12.48 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 118th largest by total area in New Jersey.
