Corte Madera Town is one of the town of Marin County, California, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 9100 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 9245, giving it the 466th largest population among California. Its area is just over 4.41 sq mi (11.42 sq km), of which, 3.17 square miles (8.21 sq km) of it is land and 1.24 square miles (3.21 sq km) of it is water, it is the 580th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 9100 residents, 3776 households, and 2472 families in the town.
