Cornwall Borough, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Cornwall Borough had an official population of 3486 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 3499 in July 2008, making it Pennsylvania's 402nd largest. It is spread over 9.87 miē (25.56 kmē), of which, 9.76 square miles (25.28 kmē ) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 kmē) of it is water, it is the 47th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3486 people, 1210 households, and 965 families residing in the borough. The population density was 357.2 people per square mile (137.92/kmē), it is Pennsylvania's 148th least densely populated borough. There were 1261 housing units at an average density of 129.2 per square mile (49.88/kmē). The average household size was 2.58 and the average family size was 2.91.
