Cornish Town is a town located in the Cache County, Utah, United States. As of 2000 the population was 259. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 285, It is the 41st smallest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. The town spans an area of 4.85 mi˛ (12.56 square kilometre), of which, 4.84 square miles (12.54 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 140th largest by total area in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 259 people, 73 households, and 62 families living in the town. The population density was 53.5 people per square mile (20.66/km˛), making it the 41st least densely populated town in Utah. There were 76 housing units at an average density of 15.7 per square mile (6.06/km˛). It has an average household size was 3.55 persons, and the average family size was 3.84 persons.
