Copper Canyon Town is a one of the Denton County, Texas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1216 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1467, It is the 834th most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. It has total area of 4.46 sq mi (11.55 sq km), of which, 4.45 square miles (11.53 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it Texas's 466th largest by total area.
