Converse City is one of the city of Bexar County, Texas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 11508 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 17510, It is the 186th most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. The city spans an area of 6.33 mi˛ (16.39 sq km), making it Texas's 347th largest by total area.
