Commerce City, Ottawa County, Oklahoma is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2645. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2506, It is the 121st largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.82 square miles (2.12 sq km ), giving it the 410th largest by total area among Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2645 people in the city, organized into 968 households, and 693 families residing in the city.
