Colton City is a city located in San Bernardino County, California, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. It is home to over 47662 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 50517, giving it the 161st largest population among California. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 15.7 sq mi (40.66 kmē), of which, 15.11 square miles (39.13 kmē) of it is land and 0.59 square miles (1.53 kmē) of it is water, it is the 210th largest by area in the U.S. state of California.
