Colorado County, Texas is a county of the United States of Texas. The population of county in 2000 stood at 20390 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 20734, It is Texas's 112th most populous county. It has total area of 973.59 miē (2521.59 kmē), of which, 962.95 square miles (2494.03 kmē) of it is land and 10.64 square miles (27.56 kmē) of it is water, it is the 90th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
