College Park City is a United States city located in the Fulton and Clayton counties, Georgia, United States. In 2000, the population was 20382. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 19969, making it the 35th most populous in Georgia. The city spans an area of 9.72 mi˛ (25.17 square kilometre), of which, 9.71 square miles (25.15 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 81st largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 20382 people in the city, organized into 7810 households, and 4602 families residing in the city. The population density was 2099.8 people per square mile (810.74/km˛), it is 47th most densely populated city in Georgia. There were 8351 housing units at an average density of 860 per square mile (332.05/km˛). The average household size was 2.59 people, and the average family size was 3.24 people.
