Cold Bay City is a city in the Aleutians East Borough, Alaska, United States. In 2000, city's population was 88 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 74, It is the 84th least populous in the U.S. state of Alaska. The city extends throughout a territory of 70.94 sq mi (183.73 sq km ), of which, 54.37 square miles (140.82 sq km) of it is land and 16.56 square miles (42.89 sq km) of it is water, it is the 90th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 88 people in the city, organized into 36 households, and 18 families living in the city.
