Colby City is a city located in the Clark and Marathon counties, Wisconsin, United States. Colby City had an official population of 1616 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1681, It is the 274th largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 1.48 square miles (3.83 kmē), makes it the 385th largest by total area in Wisconsin.
