Coker Town is a town located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 808. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 807, It is the 304th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 2.32 sq mi (6.01 sq km), making it the 130th smallest by size in Alabama.
