Clyde Town, Haywood County, North Carolina is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1324. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1321, It is North Carolina's 342nd largest by population . The town comprises an area of 0.84 mi˛ (2.18 sq km), making it North Carolina's 103rd smallest by total area.
