Cloud County is a county in the United States of Kansas. The county has a population of 10268 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 9453, It is Kansas's 44th most populous county. The county encompasses an area of 718.47 miē (1860.83 kmē ), of which, 715.63 square miles (1853.47 kmē) of it is land and 2.84 square miles (7.36 kmē) of it is water, making it Kansas's 66th largest county by total area.
